Bei dieser Form von Migration spricht man auch von arbeitsmarktbezogener Zu- bzw. Abwanderung. Die Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit ist ein eigener Aufenthaltszweck im Aufenthaltsgesetz. F\u00fcr eine Zuwanderung nach Deutschland zum Zweck der Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit ist in der Regel eine anerkannte Qualifikation Voraussetzung (<strong>\u2192 Anerkennung ausl\u00e4ndischer Abschl\u00fcsse<\/strong>). Eine Ausnahme bildet die Zuwanderung im Rahmen der <strong>\u2192 \u201aWestbalkan-Regelung\u2018<\/strong>. F\u00fcr Hochqualifizierte gibt es besondere Regelungen im Rahmen der <strong>\u2192 Blauen Karte EU<\/strong>. F\u00fcr beruflich qualifizierte Migrantinnen und Migranten hat das <strong>\u2192 Fachkr\u00e4fteeinwanderungsgesetz<\/strong> die Zuwanderung deutlich erleichtert.
