Der Globale Fl\u00fcchtlingspakt (engl.: Global Compact on Refugees<\/em>, GCR) ist ein Rahmenwerk f\u00fcr einen verbesserten Fl\u00fcchtlingsschutz (s. \u2192\u00a0Fl\u00fcchtling<\/a><\/strong>) und eine gerechtere internationale Verantwortungsteilung im Umgang mit Flucht. Der Pakt besteht aus einem umfassenden Rahmenplan f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfema\u00dfnahmen (engl.: Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework<\/em>, CRRF) und einem Aktionsprogramm. Der Pakt wurde vom UN-Fl\u00fcchtlingskommissariat (UNHCR) erarbeitet und im Dezember 2018 durch die Generalversammlung der Vereinten Nationen, zu der auch Deutschland z\u00e4hlt, als Teil der UNHCR-Resolution angenommen.
