
Franziska Schork
Franziska Schork studied sociology at the Chemnitz University of Technology where she focused on the sociology of work, social inequality and methods of empirical social research. At the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) she provided science-based advice on a number of labour market policy issues to local offices of the German Federal Employment Agency (BA) and to political actors at the regional and state levels. Her research focuses on the constitution of various forms of work organisation and their influence on the way people work and live.
