Ritva Grießig is a trained psychologist. Her Master’s thesis, which was based on self-determination theory, investigated the influence of basic psychological needs on the level of well-being and executive functions of pupils from socially disadvantaged families. Ritva Grießig has worked as a systemic counsellor and coach in various fields. For example, she implemented a school-based occupational therapy concept in Berlin schools for Ergopedia gUG which enables pupils to actively participate through inclusion.
