V. in Berlin gegr\u00fcndet; es besteht aus derzeit deutschlandweit rund 130 Vereinen, Organisationen und Projekten, die sich f\u00fcr Vielfalt als Normalit\u00e4t und gegen Rassismus engagieren und f\u00fcr ein inklusives chancengerechtes Deutschland eintreten. Die ndo kritisieren, dass Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPoC) sowie Menschen, die keine \u201atypisch deutschen\u2018 Namen tragen, h\u00e4ufig als nicht Deutsch wahrgenommen und in der Folge diskriminiert werden. Im Zentrum der Arbeit des Netzwerks stehen die Themen Rassismus, Identit\u00e4t und Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit. Die ndo werden mitunter als <strong>\u2192 Migrantenorganisationen (MO)<\/strong> neuen Typs bezeichnet. Sie selbst sehen sich ausdr\u00fccklich nicht als migrantische, sondern als postmigrantische Bewegung.
