The Staying Intentions of International Students in Five EU Countries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Study | April 2012<\/p>\n<p>International students are often considered \u2018ideal immigrants\u2019 due to domestic credentials, language skills and host country experiences. However, so far, efforts to keep them in the country as skilled workers after graduation have been inadequate. In response, the Expert Council&#8217;s Research Unit in cooperation with the Migration Policy Group (MPG) conducted an international student survey on staying intentions and obstacles in five EU countries.
