Winfried Kluth ist Professor für Öffentliches Recht an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (MLU). Seine Arbeits- und Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Migrationsrecht, Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht, Kommunalrecht, Umweltrecht, Parlamentsrecht und Gesetzgebungslehre. Er leitet an der MLU Halle die Forschungsstelle Migrationsrecht – FoMig und ist Geschäftsführender Direktor der Interdisziplinären Wissenschaftlichen Einrichtung Genossenschafts- und Kooperationsforschung – IWE GK.
